Square Heart Community is a resident/Community-led effort to ensure safe passage, public safety, and dignified sanitation. We partner with residents, businesses, and agencies to deliver trauma-informed, de-escalation–centered outreach and connect unserved neighbors to housing, health care, and essential services, while improving public spaces.
